It is common sense that a diet composed of unhealthy foods will result in more fat on the body. This will increase the appearance of cellulite. On the opposite side of the spectrum, a diet rich in fruits and veggies, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains will result in lower fat content and lessened appearance of cellulite.

4. Drink Plenty of Water

Drinking enough water throughout each day is a wonderful practice for keeping cellulite away. When we fail to hydrate ourselves, our bodies hold on to any amount of liquid. When we drink plenty of water, our bodies release the liquids they hold on to, improving the texture of our

skin.

5. Get Enough Sleep

We all know that sleep holds a great number of health and appearance benefits for the body. Getting enough sleep will cause our bodies to not store fat as they would if we weren’t getting enough sleep. This, in turn, results in a lessened amount and appearance of cellulite.
