1. Get Rid of Bags
Place two metal spoons in your refrigerator at night, and in the morning you’ll be able to use them to get rid of bags! This works by placing the backs of the chilled spoons under your eyes, close to the inner corners. Gently apply pressure, and move the out toward the corners of your eyes. This motion will help to drain fluid that has pooled under your eyes, and the cold temperature will reduce puffiness.
2. Perfect Your Eyeliner
No, seriously! Hold the handle part of the spoon against the outer corner of your eye, drawing a straight line. Now, flip the spoon over and hug your eyelid with it, using the outer edge to create the perfectly curved winged tip! Fill it in, and voila!
3. Nail Your Mascara Every Time
Place a spoon under your eye, with the hollowed part facing your skin. Now apply your mascara as you typically would, except now, you don’t have to worry about accidentally smudging that black mess all over your skin!
4. Curl Those Lashes
Did you eyelash curler recently bite the dust? Haven’t had the time to pick up a new one? No worries, grab a spoon!
Hold a spoon with the curved part facing your brow bone. Now use your finger to press your lashed up against the side of the spoon. Push as hard as you feel comfortable doing, until you have the perfect amount of curve to your lashes!
5. Nail Contouring Every Time
Let’s be honest here, contouring is much more easily said than done. However, with the help of a spoon, finding your points of contouring is easy!
Use a metal spoon the cup the apple of your cheeks. Now just below that is the hollow of your cheekbone. This is where you need to be contouring!
6. Reduce Hickey And Bruise Sizes
Hickeys and bruises can be very annoying and highly embarrassing. Make the whole process go by faster with the help of a spoon. Place a spoon in your freezer, once it is cold take it out and rub the back of it against a fresh bruise or hickey. What this will do is slow the flow of blood to the area helping the mark to fade more quickly.
7. Relieve Pimples
This is a fairly old trick for getting rid of new zits fast. Turn on your sink and use your hand to find a temperature that it warm, but not too hot. Fill a cup with this water and soak a spoon in it. Once the spoon has become warm, place the back of it against the pimple, and hold until the spoon cools.
