How to Get Victoria’s Secret Model Legs

Today we are going to share with you, a few of our favorite tricks for getting those Victoria’s Secret Angel legs.

1. Lunge

During a lunge you are moving your body forward, while simultaneously doing a squat.

  • Begin in a standing position
  • Place hands on hips
  • Step forward with your left leg
  • Lower your body down until both legs form a 90 degree angle
  • Push back into the starting position

Repeat for a total of five to 10 lunges, then switch and do the right leg. Rest briefly, then repeat.

2. Side Lunge

  • Begin in a standing position
  • Keep your back straight and stomach flexed
  • Place hands on hips
  • Step out with your left foot
  • Lower your right knee until it hovers just over your right toes
  • Push off with right heel
  • Return to standing position

Do 5 to 10 reps then switch sides. Do 3 sets in total.

3. Calf Raise

  • Begin in standing position
  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart
  • Raise your body up onto the balls of your feet
  • Drop back down and repeat

Repeat 10-20 times.

To create a higher level of difficulty, add an ankle touch. When feet are flat on the floor, jump up and touch your feet together before landing back in starting position.

4. Reverse Lunge

  • Begin in standing position
  • Feet should be shoulder width apart
  • Take your right leg back into a lunge
  • Return to standing position

Return to standing. Repeat, alternating legs.

Repeat for two sets of five to 10 reps on each leg.

5. Stretch

For a quad stretch:

  • Stand tall
  • Lift the right foot up and back
  • Grab your foot behind you with your right hand and hold
  • Repeat on the left

For the hamstrings:

  • Kneel down on the ground
  • Stretch your left leg out in front of you
  • Lean forward and hold your shin or foot
  • Repeat with left leg

Hold both stretches 15 to 30 seconds.
