How to Wake up With Glowing Skin

Trouble Sleeping: If you have trouble sleeping, try taking a hot bath before bed. Use relaxing scents and oils. Studies have proven that we feel more tired when our temperature is dropping as it would after a bath. This will make it easier to fall asleep.
